Geared toward delivery, carry-out, and catering, Doreen's prepares its pies with fresh, non-concentrate sauce and low-fat mozzarella. The menu features custom builds topped with Italian beef alongside specialty combinations like the Ranch Supreme. Following its success on Chicago's South Side, the business also expanded across state lines to open a second location in Dyer, Indiana.
