Don Knabe Wellness Center

Established in 2011 at Rancho with support from LA CARE, the 5,760-square-foot center welcomes individuals with disabilities alongside their families, Rancho staff, and the wider community. On-site spaces host art classes, aromatherapy, and health education alongside adaptive fitness sessions. Through the recreation therapy department, off-site adventures branch out into adapted rock climbing, water sports, and horseback riding. Sessions are led by therapists, center staff, and volunteers, accessible through a low-cost membership fee.
