The gelato leans on whole milk and cream with a lower butterfat content than traditional American ice cream, yielding a denser, more concentrated scoop. The counter balances staples like pistachio, hazelnut, stracciatella, and coffee with seasonal fruit sorbets. Alongside regular cups and cones, the menu turns playful with adult pours like prosecco-and-sorbet or Guinness-and-gelato floats, plus pints packed to take home.
