Dog Off-Leash Area

Portland Parks & Recreation manages designated off-leash areas throughout the city, where setups range from wide open spaces to tiny, unfenced grass patches bordered by streets and railroad tracks. Across all sites, dogs must display current license and rabies vaccination tags and stay leashed when entering or exiting the perimeter, with mandatory waste cleanup required to protect park grounds and prevent environmental runoff.
