Started as the prep kitchen for the DönerMen food truck, the room swaps sports broadcasts for movies projected on brick and classic consoles on vintage TVs running Nintendo, Sega, and Xbox. Beyond its street-food roots, the scratch kitchen turns out giant pretzels, house-made vegan seitan with shiitake gravy, and fermented hot sauce. Sci-fi and fantasy art covers the walls, while the backroom tables host spontaneous rounds of Giant Uno alongside twenty-sided dice and community traditions like Krampus Parade, Mead Fest, and Pickle Fest.
