Diwan Coffee House

Set inside the UW Global Innovation Exchange (GIX) building in the Spring District, the space draws inspiration from the traditional Middle Eastern diwan, where neighbors, poets, and friends connect. The kitchen focuses on fresh-baked Palestinian knafeh layered with crisp golden shredded phyllo and warm Nabulsi cheese. The beverage counter rounds out the offering with traditional Turkish coffee and Karak tea alongside lattes infused with rose, date, and orange blossom.
