🍞 Bread, Custard, Tea

Chong opened at 201 E 10th St, just east of Second Avenue, around one idea, Thai tea can carry a whole menu. The house drink blends five Thai teas, and that flavor runs through panna cotta, toast, and bingsu.

Order the steamed bread. Soft rolls arrive on a steel tray with small cups of custard, and tear each roll while it is still warm, then rotate between pandan and salted egg yolk.
