Description
Head chef Shizhou Da arrived in the United States in 2003, carrying a lineage linked to the creator of China's very first Xiao Long Bao. Backed by over 30 years of experience preparing fresh, traditional Shanghai-style dim sum, she ran restaurants across North Jersey and New York for five years before partnering with her daughter Sally to open in Philadelphia in 2013.
