Diamond Head Luau

Set at Aloha Tower, the evening replaces the typical luau buffet with a course-by-course format that links dining directly to stagecraft. Dishes representing Hawaiʻi, Tahiti, New Zealand, Samoa, Fiji, and Tonga arrive in sequence, with each plate framed by synchronized music, dance, and costume.

Before the performances get underway, guests can take part in interactive cultural activities. The smaller setting keeps everyone close to the stage, giving the presentation a personal feel that culminates in dramatic fire dancing.
