Description

At this working farmstead, the experience bridges the gap between animal husbandry and craft. The resident herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats and KuneKune pigs acts as both the center of the farm's activity and the source of its primary product. During guided workshops, visitors move from a direct meet-and-greet with the animals into traditional cold-process soap-making, using milk sourced directly from the herd they just visited. It is a compact, interactive setting, whether one is participating in a private farm stay or a group workshop led by Christine.
