Under its daytime guise as Dialogue Coffee & Flowers, the space offers a fully vegan menu of pastries and specialty drinks. The default milk is oat, mixed into creative drinks like a fermented rice osmanthus latte with osmanthus cold foam or a hojicha latte topped with black sesame foam. Motivational cup stickers and small artworks add a cheerful touch. By evening, the venue shifts to sUBteXt, an intimate space with low-key music. The floral theme remains via table centerpieces, providing a relaxed backdrop for cocktails and unique modern Chinese natural wines.
