Instructor Deserae shapes sessions around each student's pace, working across disciplines that range from Vinyasa flow and sound healing to country line dancing and energetic social styles. Classes welcome learners ages 3 and up with no prior experience required, centered on patient instruction designed to put beginners at ease.
