The site is structured as an open block campus, designed to prioritize accessibility through a shared central courtyard. Rather than a standard office park, the grounds incorporate recreational and social infrastructure, specifically an athletic field house and a dedicated beer hall, creating a distinct transition between professional research environments and communal amenities.
