Description
Established in 2017 by Yoshihiro Sako, the brewery combines traditional methods with a modern philosophy centered on pairing, specifically intended to complement a wide range of food including Californian cuisine. Bottles connect straight to the source by prominently displaying the farmer's name on the label. Offerings include Den Blue, Den Blanc made with white koji, and Den Red, brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice.
