Demosthenes Demetrius Karagas was just nineteen when he founded the eatery in 1979. More than four decades later, the kitchen still runs on recipes adapted from his Yia Yia Eugenides, pairing consistently fresh Greek food with genuine hospitality and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
