Deep Dance

Held at Soho Dance LA, the experience centers on a lightly guided, non-choreographed movement practice played out over a studio-quality sound system. The setting directs focus inward toward authentic self-expression, somatic release, and nervous system care. Welcoming dancers aged 18 and older into a concentrated, peaceful environment without arrogance, the room invites people to connect and move at their own pace in bare feet or clean indoor shoes.
