Dear Sauna

Founded by Claudia around authentic Finnish sauna traditions, the intimate space focuses on intentional contrast therapy and restorative rhythm. Inside the wood-lined rooms, sessions center on using a bucket and ladle to pour essential-oil-infused water across hot rocks for custom steam. The cycle rounds out with rain showers, natural body products, and a unhurried cool-down over complimentary post-session tea.
