Originally shaped by the Mercer Island Preschool Association through volunteer labor and donated funds, the grounds feature an expansive play area anchored by Kenton's Dragon, a sculptural play structure crafted by artist Kenton Pies. Beyond the central playground, the site includes trails, a picnic shelter, and restrooms alongside the community bike skills area.
