A sharp, observational comedy show that dissects the pursuit of pleasure with wit and a unique sense of timing.
Description
David Castello-Lopes takes the stage at Le Théâtre Libre to deliver a comedic exploration of pleasure, framed through his signature lens of dry, relentless inquiry. Moving beyond standard stand-up tropes, the show relies on meticulous comedic observation to dismantle the small, everyday pursuits that define how we experience enjoyment. It is a performance rooted in the art of the dissection, where the act of laughing serves as an analytical exercise into why certain things feel good—or why we insist they should.
