Run by first cousins Bill and Sam Darsinos, Darfons stretches its menu across traditional American, New American, and classic cuisine, paired with daily happy hours. At the bar, the pour list features signature cocktails, New and Old World wines, and a selection of local, domestic, and imported beers. The layout accommodates private gatherings and meetings across three spaces: the Main Dining Room, Banquet Room, and the Garage Room.
