Founded in 1960 by Ramon McCrimmon Sr. and his wife Dolores, the bakery remains a hands-on four-generation family operation serving the greater Philadelphia area. Ramon Jr. and his wife Jacklyn manage the shop today, while sons Ian and Devon work alongside their father at the ovens, turning out custom cakes and everyday staples baked daily from scratch.
