Brasserie Boulud opened October 8, 2026, at 1900 Broadway at West 64th Street. Dinner runs Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30 PM, and a 7:30 PM curtain fits a 5:00 PM table with time to walk to Lincoln Center. Give your leaving time when you book on Resy, and reserve days ahead; a walk-in before a show is not something to plan on. The 1 train stops at 66 St Lincoln Center, a three-minute walk. The burgers differ: the $29 Brasserie Boulud Burger has raclette and pork belly, while the original DB Burger, with foie gras, is only available on a limited basis and absent from the daily menu.
