Dance South Performing Arts

Founded in 1997 by artistic director Tiffany Payton, Dance South teaches students ranging from preschool beginners to pre-professionals. The studio is certified in the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum from Pre-Primary through Level 5, the only such facility across Robertson, Sumner, Montgomery, and North Davidson counties. Alongside classical ballet and pointe, classes span jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, hip-hop, and tumbling. Instruction centers on proper technique inside a non-competitive, value-centered atmosphere, supported by performance opportunities throughout the year.
