Dance Academy of Virginia

Operating across studios in McLean and Del Ray, the curriculum divides its instruction by developmental stage. Toddlers and young children start in the Little Dancer Program for ages 2 to 6.5 to focus on classical ballet fundamentals, before progressing to youth classes for ages 6.5 and up. Across both tracks, the studio centers its approach on building strong technique in a healthy environment, offering enough structure to guide multi-year academy dancers while remaining open to older beginners preparing for their first performances.
