Dan and Michelle started out brewing in their backyard, sharing beer with neighbors and curious wanderers before expanding. Their 4,800-square-foot brewery draws on a Northwoods upbringing shaped by bonfires, cold nights, and “grab a chair” hospitality, built as a Middle Tennessee gathering spot designed to feel like an open backyard where anyone can pull up a seat.
