Handmade Dumplings Meet Rare Japanese Whiskeys on Convoy
Eat Xiao Long Bao before turning to Shanghai Saloon for a 1920s style whiskey bar.
🥟 Dough First, Saloon Second
Make the Convoy dinner ritual a dumpling stop with a second act at the bar. Dumpling Inn and Shanghai Saloon centers Chinese comfort cooking on dough made fresh every morning. Hand rolled Xiao Long Bao give the meal its starting point, part of a kitchen built around signature dumplings filled by hand.
Shanghai Saloon sits just off the dining room, bringing a 1920s style whiskey bar into the same outing. Its collection includes rare Japanese whiskeys alongside 30 local craft brews on tap. Choose a dumpling meal or stretch the evening across the kitchen and bar.
