Founded in 2003 by local waterman Marcus Marcos—and his yellow Labrador Pono, who starred as Vincent in LOST—the cafe was formerly known as Diamond Head Cove. The kitchen centers on locally grown produce and dishes prepared fresh to order. Aside from fruit smoothies, the counter serves wild-caught ahi salads, wraps, and sandwiches alongside traditional Hawaiian ‘awa, keeping the focus squarely on wholesome, straightforward island food.
