Description
Polish immigrant Jan Czerw established the shop by hand-building brick ovens inside a converted horse stable on Tilton Street, where the business still stands today. Passed down through generations of the Czerw family, the counter turns out dozens of traditional Polish specialties alongside its staple sausages, supported by warm, efficient counter service.
