🎶 Cuban Plates and Calle Ocho Music

Tumbao puts Cuban sandwiches and craft daiquiris on the same Calle Ocho table. This Little Havana restaurant draws inspiration from the golden era of Havana, taking traditional Cuban recipes and bringing them together with Spanish influences and modern touches. The kitchen also turns out shareable tapas and classic appetizers, giving the table a route beyond a single sandwich order.

The space extends onto an outdoor patio, and evenings often pick up momentum with live Latin bands and karaoke. Guests get onto their feet to dance, bringing the music into the rhythm of the meal rather than leaving it in the background.

Find Tumbao at 1652 SW 8th St. Opening hours are Thursday from 5 PM to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday from half past eleven AM to 11 PM, and Sunday from half past eleven AM to 5 PM, with Monday through Wednesday closed.
