Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG

The hotel pairs a central setting with on-site security and helpful front desk service. Guest feedback reflects a decidedly mixed track record: visitors point to the convenient downtown location and comfortable rooms, but cite friction around elevator reliability, inconsistent room readiness or cleanliness, and occasional closures across the on-site restaurant and lounge spaces.
