Founded by Omar and Aubi, CrossFit Social City pairs its daily programming with personal training and dedicated kids classes for ages 6 to 13. Workouts are structured to accommodate all fitness levels from beginners to experienced athletes, backed by coaches who take the time to teach technique rather than just run through drills.
