CrossFit Humanity

Founded by Jackie and Mike Maxwell on Pacific Highway, the gym structures its floor around varied training paths, spanning beginner fundamentals and one-on-one coaching through advanced Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and competitive Hyrox classes. Workouts incorporate dedicated warm-ups and cool-downs to guard against injury, alongside an outdoor rig available during open gym time. Support on site extends past the barbell with nutrition coaching and care from Ethos Physical Therapy.
