Description
On St. Marks Place, the kitchen turns out deep-fried hot dogs with crisp skin and juicy pork flavor, finished with an expansive variety of toppings like the Spicy Redneck. Buns remain plain, but the franks and toppings carry the weight. Inside, the shop grows loud and crowded with speakeasy patrons waiting for the phone booth's back wall to open into Please Don't Tell (PDT), though seats still turn up even on a Saturday night.
