Description

Opened in February 2011 by chef-owner Hiep, a Vietnamese-American cook originally from Louisiana, Crawfish House was created to bring a taste of the South to the Northwest. The casual seafood bar serves up crab, shrimp, and fried seafood baskets alongside its pots, with diners regularly pairing orders with fried pickles and the kitchen's house sauce.
