Opened in 2019 by the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation, the second-floor facility serves Chinatown and the wider Asian immigrant population north of Vine Street. Its programming spans bilingual health and social services alongside ESL classes, youth and senior gatherings, and dedicated event spaces. Indoors, the gymnasium is outfitted for volleyball, basketball, and pickleball.
