Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

Beyond its proximity to local transit and shopping, this property balances a contemporary footprint with the dated atmosphere of an older building. While the onsite American restaurant, fitness center, and lobby lounge provide standard amenities, the guest experience is often defined by the staff. Visitors report a sharp divide in room quality, noting issues with soundproofing and odors, yet simultaneously highlight instances of exceptional service where employees intervene to resolve booking conflicts or provide personalized attention to routine requests.
