Description
Once an unused strip of S Spokane Street right-of-way troubled by drug dealing and illegal activity, the site was remade for the greater good of the local community. It centers on 23 identical raised plots and an outdoor meeting space, serving as a neighborhood anchor where people gather for neighborhood meetings, parties, and camaraderie.
