Description

Also known as Cottonwood Bay Natural Area, the park sits along Southwest Hamilton Court as part of the larger Willamette Greenway Trail. Created in the early 1990s under a development agreement for the nearby Avalon Hotel, the grounds pair native greenery and scenic riverfront views into a calm open-air stop along the water.
