Description
Originally opened in the 1950s, the stadium holds around 4,000 spectators around the all-weather Morrison Track and an artificial turf field fully renovated in 2008. Daily use belongs to Santa Monica College’s football, soccer, and track and field squads, alongside campus kinesiology fitness classes. Beyond team athletics, the facility anchors major community milestones, hosting SMC's commencement ceremony and the annual Santa Monica Celebrate America firework show.
