Cool Springs House

Located in Brentwood roughly twenty minutes from downtown Nashville, the property accommodates up to 150 people for weddings, showers, and corporate gatherings. An open-vendor policy allows hosts to bring in outside catering and alcohol served by a licensed bartender. In addition to the main house layout, an upstairs Private Event Loft is available for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests, with rentals including tables, chairs, an on-site kitchen, parking, and restrooms.
