Cooks & Soldiers

Named after the traditional Tamborrada festival in San Sebastián, Cooks & Soldiers draws directly on Basque culinary traditions. The kitchen rounds out its pintxos with shared plates and larger entrees of grilled meats and seafood prepared over the open wood-burning grill (asador), served alongside curated Spanish wines and gin & tonics.
