Barbara Weniger founded the bakery in 1991 as a small wholesale operation before opening its Arlington storefront in 1997. The shop prepares handmade butter cookies alongside staples like classic chocolate chip, M&M, and snickerdoodle. The rest of the lineup includes orange chocolate chip, s'mores, and coconut macaroons with chocolate chips.
