Convoy Strength

Built for weightlifters and strength athletes, the private facility is outfitted with specialty bars like safety squat bars, TSS racks, deadlift platforms, and hypertrophy machines. In addition to everyday training and on-site coaching, the gym regularly hosts sanctioned powerlifting meets. While the focus remains squarely on heavy lifting, the space is kept clean, staying welcoming to newcomers and seasoned lifters alike.
