Occupying the skyscraper’s entire third floor, the 90,000-square-foot floor plan divides into 11 spaces accented by park-like elements drawn from Chicago’s "city in a garden" motto. The layout centers on a column-free general session space for over 1,945 guests paired with breakout rooms holding up to 650. Configured as a white box space for client branding, the setting handles large summits, expos, and galas with dining private to each event alongside on-site technical and hospitality teams.
