A sweeping expanse where two defining Pacific Northwest rivers converge along the Washington and Oregon border.
Description

Swimmers occasionally take to the water here, though accounts of the conditions differ sharply. Swims have been described as warm, while others encountered fairly cold water that caused borderline hypothermia and cut an attempt short. For those heading in from the Oregon side, one noted route covers a one-mile swim round trip from Kelly Point.
