Positioned off the north side of Cowell Road between Hale Drive and Sheridan Road, next to El Monte School, the grounds support the pool complex with heated changing rooms with showers and lockers. Gathering space extends across three reservable group picnic and barbecue areas, supplemented by individual picnic tables and barbecues scattered throughout the park.
