Positioned along the southern shore of the Lake Washington Ship Canal at 3330 W Commodore Way, the park is maintained by Seattle Parks and Recreation. Open ground along the water provides direct vantage points for watching marine traffic, following boats and larger ships as they move through the adjacent Hiram M. Chittenden Locks.
