Comfort Suites Portland Southwest

On-site amenities include a hot tub and gym alongside free parking. Guest experiences, however, sketch a stark divide. Day staff earn praise for friendly dining recommendations and attentive service at the morning waffle spread, but rooms draw scrutiny for cleanliness and neglected maintenance issues like springy mattresses, damaged bathroom fixtures, and occasional pests. Mixed front-desk follow-through and unmet ADA requests also feature in guest feedback, making overall stays noticeably uneven.
