Denver’s first and only sake brewery crafts small-batch releases on site, pouring everything from traditional junmai sakes to fruit-infused sake cocktails and tasting flights. The kitchen backs the drinks with rice bowls and Japanese-inspired small plates. Beyond daily taproom service, programming rotates through interactive Sushi 101 classes, live jazz nights, and performances staged inside the Denver Comedy Lounge showroom.
