Description
Founded in spring 2019 by Johnson & Wales alumnus Liane Pensack-Rinehart, Colorado Cocoa Pod operates without a permanent storefront. The business runs primarily online and across Denver-metro markets, alongside monthly walk-in kitchen pop-ups. Each batch takes up to four days to produce, made with chocolates from Conexión, Valrhona, and TCHO.
